Who We Are

Resonance Exchange is a privately held capital alignment and strategic advisory firm.

We work alongside sponsors, developers, and operating companies navigating complex financing environments where capital certainty, execution discipline, and long-term alignment matter.

Our role is intentionally focused: supporting counterparties before, during and following institutional lending engagements, without acting as a capital raiser, broker, or intermediary.

What We Do

Resonance Exchange supports engagements that require clarity, structure, and institutional credibility.

Our work typically includes:

- Strategic advisory related to capital readiness, positioning, and execution

- Referral-based introductions to institutional lending partners

- Long-term alignment through advisory or minority equity interests, where appropriate

- All engagements are structured company-to-company and governed by written agreements.

What We Do Not Do

- We do not act as a broker-dealer or registered investment adviser

Resonance Exchange does not operate as an intermediary between investors and issuers. Any financing introductions are made pursuant to referral relationships with third-party institutional lenders.

Resonance Exchange does not participate in credit decisions, underwriting, or the allocation of capital.

Leadership

Resonance Exchange was founded by Raymond Sjolseth.

Raymond brings more than three decades of experience across operating companies, advisory roles, and capital-adjacent initiatives. He serves as Managing Partner of the firm and is directly involved in all engagements.
