Resonance didn’t start as a business idea.
It started as survival.

For myself. Raymond Sjolseth.

For years, I was building, grinding, creating—chasing bigger numbers, bigger wins, and bigger expectations. On the outside, everything looked great. On the inside, I was overloaded with noise. Stress. Misalignment. Old stories that didn’t match the man I wanted to become.

So I did what I’ve always done when life gets loud:
I started writing.

At first, Resonance was nothing more than a personal framework—a way for me to understand my own energy, my patterns, my blind spots, and the subtle signals that guide us when we slow down long enough to hear them. Page after page, idea after idea, I began mapping out a path from resistance to alignment.

I wasn’t trying to build a brand.
I was trying to build myself.

But something powerful happened.

The more I shared these ideas with founders, creators, and investors I was advising, the more I saw the same reaction:

“Where was this ten years ago?”

“This explains exactly what I’ve been feeling.”

That’s when I realized Resonance wasn’t just my framework.

It was a universal language—energy, frequency, and alignment distilled into something you could actually use in daily life.

So I expanded it.

What began as notes turned into a seven-book series.

What started as a personal compass became a full ecosystem.
